The School of Responsible Influencing
The rapid growth of information and communication technologies is an unstoppable force that permeates nearly every aspect of modern life—from the economy and society to culture and the shaping of daily routines. In response, the Safer Internet Centre and A1 Croatia have jointly created the School of Responsible Influencing.
This online school aims to raise awareness among influencers and content creators about the importance of responsible behavior in the online world; highlight the significance of identifying and reporting inappropriate content online and teach how to report such content effectively; emphasize the value of creating positive online content and fostering a constructive influence.
The school is primarily designed for influencers and content creators with audiences of children and young people. However, it is also open to anyone interested in learning something new and becoming part of the change towards #ResponsibleInfluencing.
The School of Responsible Influencing is a digital platform where registered participants can access six educational modules focused on internet safety. After each module, participants complete a test consisting of 5–10 questions related to the module’s content.
Upon completing all six modules and passing the tests, participants will receive a certificate from the Safer Internet Centre and will be registered on the platform.
Experts from the Safer Internet Center are available to assist participants and other interested individuals with any questions related to internet safety. Need help? Contact us confidentially and for free at 0800 606 606 (available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CET). You can also email us at info@csi.hr, or reach out via the Safer Internet Centre’s social media channels.
Why Enroll?
The School of Responsible Influencing is an essential part of the global digital transition. Each of us bears responsibility and has the opportunity to be a positive role model in the digital environment. Even though the internet knows no boundaries, we must set our own!
Become part of the change: learn about online dangers and how to identify them, respond effectively to challenges, and be a role model for others, especially the most vulnerable group in society—children and young people.

A1
As a leader in Croatia’s digitalization efforts, we understand that using technology requires both education and caution. We work to empower children and adults to use the internet and digital technologies in a positive, responsible, and safe way while developing essential digital skills.
Since 2016, we have partnered with the Center for Missing and Exploited Children to educate young people about internet safety and responsible online behavior. Together, we promote the safe and responsible use of online technologies and mobile devices among children and youth through various projects such as the netHELP app, Internet ABCs, responsible gaming, Safer Internet Day celebrations, the creation of a Minecraft world, workshops for children and parents, and more.
